Our mission at the Life Design Foundation is to empower individuals and communities to enhance their quality of life through design, education, and support.
We strive to create a world where everyone has the tools and opportunities to lead healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives.
Through our dedicated efforts, we aim to inspire positive change, promote well-being, and foster environments where people can thrive.
Making an impact with the “Designing Your Life” framework engineered at Stanford University.
At the Life Design Foundation, we bring the transformative DYL framework, engineered at Stanford, to India’s higher education landscape. Our mission is to equip students to design and build their futures. We aim to encourage educators and institutions to embrace holistic growth and future-thinking in Higher education.
The foundation strives to empower students at schools and universities, educators, educational institutions, and social impact organisations with the tools rooted in research to apply, teach, research, and explore Life Design principles at scale. Through initiatives and partnerships, the Foundation will engage various stakeholders so they might embark on the transformative journey to greater well-being—for themselves or their constituents.

Going forward, the Foundation will sponsor Life Design Educators, establish fellowships for researching well-being theory, support the creation of Life Design Labs at Universities and High Schools, work with Social impact organisations, and engage with Policymakers and NGOs to disseminate effective curricula, coaching and tools.

The Life Design Foundation has facilitated and funded highly accomplished individuals to attend the Stanford Life Design Studio, who are now “Life Design Educators.”
By funding universities and colleges the Foundation’s aim is to increase the capacity at higher-ed Institutions and thus, scale the impact of the mission.
