Navyug Mohnot

Stanford-trained Life Design Educator
Certified “Designing Your Life” Educator, Facilitator, Coach
Navyug Mohnot is the CEO of QAI, a transnational process improvement consulting organisation, and the Founder & CEO of QGLUE, a design consulting, coaching, and training firm. An IIT Delhi alumnus, he went on to complete his MS in the USA. Pursuing a PhD in the US, he decided to return to India in the early stages of the IT revolution, driven by a deep commitment to contributing to the nation’s growth.
30+ years of experience have led him to a deep immersion into Stanford University’s Designing Your Life (DYL) framework. As the only Stanford- trained Designing Your Life educator and a certified DYL coach and facilitator in the world, he is on a mission to bring this impactful framework to those of all ages.
For Navyug, long before he was introduced to DYL, he was already living with a designer’s mindset, which continues to serve him today. The first to bring Designing Your Life to Indian universities, Navyug landed DYL at Ashoka University, and has gone on to and continues to teach it at other prestigious institutions like IIT and ISB. The growing movement of DYL has led him to impact individuals from India’s leading corporate organisations to empower them to design lives of intention, purpose, and possibility.
A Harvard Certified Leadership Coach, Navyug is on the board of several companies, has played leadership roles in TiE and NASSCOM. He has even done a TEDx talk on “Manifesting Desires and Embracing Contradictions”.
He runs a film club and aspires to direct a feature film, while maintaining a dedicated meditation practice and a deep appreciation for artistic expression across media.

Shalini Raghunathan

Certified “Designing Your Life” Facilitator
Shalini has 20+ years of experience as a design practitioner at Autodesk, Salesforce and Cisco.
She blends People-Centered Research, Design Strategy and Storytelling to nurture creative collaboration and create meaningful business impact.
She is the co-founder of 3 Big Things, a behavioural design studio that that helps organisations solve complex business problems focussing on Customer Experience Innovation and Organizational Culture Transformation. Her previous roles were at Cisco, Salesforce and Autodesk, among others.
Certified as a DYL Facilitator, Shalini thinks DYL is a beautiful container that helps people discover and articulate how various experiences have influenced their lives, so we can be intentional about designing our future.
Shalini is passionate about Indic mythology, handicrafts, culture & philosophy. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Indian Aesthetics from Jnanapravaha, Mumbai.

Dr. Manjusri Nair

Certified “Designing Your Life” Facilitator
Dr. Manjusri Nair is a surgeon with over three decades of experience, trained at Asia’s largest trauma center. She brings rare depth, clarity, and lived wisdom to her role as a Designing Your Life facilitator.
Long before she became a DYL facilitator, she was already a life design practitioner, shaping her path with intentional pivots in her career that allowed different facets of her identity to emerge and flourish. She became a mother, a volunteer-educator, a curriculum creator, a mindfulness coach, a mentor to working mothers, and a published poet and co-author. Each act of self-expression was a deliberate act of design, rooted in values, and refined through action.
At the same time, fuelled by a deep commitment to self-development, she immersed herself in continuous learning, thereby creating a toolkit for intentional living, which formed the framework for her worldview and laid the foundation for her to guide others in crafting balanced and meaningful lives.
Her DYL certification formalized what she had long lived. Today, she is one of only three certified facilitators in India of the world-renowned Stanford-created Designing Your Life program. As a surgeon, seeker, and systems thinker, she helps individuals navigate life’s transitions with clarity, creativity, and courage, bringing her essential synthesis of science, soul, and design to every space she holds.

Anushree Gandhi

Certified “Designing Your Life” Facilitator

Anushree Gandhi, is a director at Repurpose Education, an institution which runs The Experience School, which engages with children across age groups introducing purpose in learning through meaningful experiences. The Experience School works with students in building foundational and life skills and through experiences also guides them in the journey of career exploration.

Having led Education Strategy at the Lodha Group for over 10 years, Anushree has spent over a decade and a half as a passionate educationist engaging and inspiring young students through diverse interventions. An ISB Alumni, majoring in strategy Anushree brings a unique blend of business strategy and education to the table.

A certified DYL facilitator, Anushree strongly advocates the Design thinking mindset and is excited in using the DYL frameworks and the design thinking mindset with young adults and helping them tread on the journey of self-discovery with an intention of Designing their Future.

Apart from education, Anushree is a sports enthusiast and a practitioner of the ‘learning from failure’ and ‘learning by doing’ philosophy.
